Grab your girlfriends & join the ladies for a memorable trip to Napa Valley that will include a welcome reception, winery visits with private group transportation, a decadent spa day, shopping in downtown Napa, a full day trip on the elegant & historic wine train, & more! This will be a fun trip with new and old friends in a small group environment. We will stay in a gorgeous 4-star hotel in Napa, that will be close to everything there is to do in the area. You'll have plenty of time to join the group activities or explore Napa on your own.

Friday, 11/13

Board the historic Wine Train for an epic day of luxury, gastronomy & wine! This full day of beautiful countryside, multiple stops, high end cuisine and delicious winery visits is an indulgence start to finish. Elegant interiors. Gleaming brass. Sleek fixtures. • Immersive 6-hour journey through Napa Valley aboard vintage 1915 Pullman railcars

Accommodations: 

Our group will be staying in the gorgeous 4-Star Westin Verasa Napa located in the heart of Napa Valley & on the Napa River. It features gourmet restaurants, a saltwater pool, mountain views, and spacious suites with kitchenettes. 

For those looking for a less expensive hotel option, please ask Claudia about the rate for a room nearby at the Hampton Inn & Suites.

$210/pp - estimate for the full day wine bus tour (some winery fees and gratuities aren't included)

$638/pp for three nights lodging (double occupancy/ 2 queen beds are now SOLD OUT, only King beds remain) ***

$562/pp - estimate for the 6-hour wine train experience

***NOTES: Prices may increase a bit as the trip dates get closer and hotel space will sell out, so be sure to book your spot while the prices are still low and availability still exists! Some wineries charge a fee which must be paid upon arrival.

Transportation from SFO airport to Napa:

Once Claudia has a handle on the number of people arriving on which days, she will be organizing a group bus/van transportation for those arriving & departing, as long as your airfare arrival/departure times are within the posted time limits. These times will be provided once we know how many are coming & on which days. Don't want to travel with a group or you are arriving/departing at a time that won't work with the group? Don't worry, Claudia has transfer options in various price points for you. Just let her know you need a separate quote for transportation outside of the group times, once they are announced. Stay tuned for more info on transfer options, dates & times!

I'm in! Now what?

First step is to send Claudia the $50 registration fee by Zelle, Paypal or Venmo.

Next, decide your dates & your roomie, then email Claudia when you are ready to snag your hotel room in the group hotel, while they last & while prices are low. A $100 deposit will be required & Claudia will send you a credit card authorization form for the deposit. 

NEED a roomie? - We prefer not to make roommate assignments for this retreat, so please try & secure your own roomie. If absolutely necessary, Claudia can help, but there will not be a roomie list for this trip.
